Gabbiadini tells Dugout: “Premier League a dream but Sampdoria is home”

Manolo Gabbiadini has given an exclusive interview to Dugout in which he discusses the highlights of his time in England with Southampton and his move back to Italy and Sampdoria.

“It was always my dream to play in the Premier League, ever since I was a boy,” the striker said after completing his transfer on Friday.

“It came true and I’m happy and proud to have done it. “My best memories are the double I scored at Wembley against Man United, even though we lost, and the goal I scored against Swansea that kept us up.

“I’ll always remember my time at Southampton but I’m delighted to come home to Sampdoria now.”
