Tactics and a training match, Benedetti and Kasami are back

The preparation of Sampdoria for Saturday’s home match against Brescia (16:15 CET) continued with a morning session in Bogliasco. On the main field of “Mugnaini”, Andrea Pirlo and his staff led a session focused on athletic activation, drills, tactical exercises, and a training match on a reduce-size pitch.

Leonardo Benedetti and Pajtim Kasami trained with the group, while Nicola Murru was excused from the training match as a precautionary measure. Matteo Ricci ended his training early due to a muscular issue, which will be evaluated in the coming hours. The conditions of Samuel Ntanda and Gerard Yepes are improving, and they are expected to join their teammates in tomorrow morning’s session, Thursday, the day when the pre-match retreat, also, will begin.

Integrity Meeting. After lunch, a meeting was held as part of the Integrity Tour, a project promoted by AIC and Lega B in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior through the Central Directorate of Criminal Police of the Department of Public Security.
